Vision
CAREER VISION To keep my standard as role model among my students. To synthesize my understanding, experience, and professional skills into strategies and to foster learning and quality education that will help the students obtain and retain knowledge and skills
To instill enthusiasm in uninterested students and make them motivated, uplift them to a good student.
To contribute more to Genomics, Peptidomimetic/Nucleosidic drug design and development program, and pharmacogenomics for screening and further designing of Personalized Medicines for curing the diseases at the genetic level with all-round positive health impact.
Adoption/Innovations for Drug Development To Establish Major R & D program in the following Drug development research in academic settings like IIT and/or in industrial collaboration:
Peptidomimetic drug as β-Amyloid Inhibitors to Treat Alzheimer Disease
β-Turn Peptidomimetics and Nucleoside Drug for Treatment of AIDS α-Ketoamide Analog Peptidomimetics and Avigan Analogue Nucleosides Drug for the Treatment of COVID-19
Adoption/Innovations for Futuristic Technologies Peptide-based OFET Sensor to Microfluidic Channel for Sensing of Blood proteins for Biomedical application and of Chemicals/Biological Warfare Agents for Defence Applications.
Fluorescent-DNA-based Microarray for high-throughput mutation analysis and disease diagnosis in a parallel, cost-saving, and label-free way for Biomedical Applications.
Industry-Institute Bridge: To nurture and foster Industry-Institute Bridge by creating opportunities for Industry-Academia venture for the growth of My Country is my Vision.
Vision for the Organization: I want to establish a Globally Recognized Centre for Genomics and Proteomics at my organization which will be a park for health research.
My Commitment to the Organization: Finally, I commit to play a major role in uplifting my present Institution to become a Centre of excellence both in education and in globally recognized research activities in science and in technology focusing the human health research.
Vision for Biomedical Sciences: My career vision as a research scientist in an academic setting is to devote myself to the service of the nation by creating an excellent and newer teaching environment to enrich the students with the knowledge of present research trends and to provide an interdisciplinary research activity in the field of present research target of all the Biomedical Researchers in the world, the Biomedical Sciences “Toward the Goal for Personalized Medicine: Genotyping Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNPs) and Pharmacogenomics of Newly Designed Drugs”- (a) Curing Diseases at Genetic Level, the Goal of “Personalized Medicine”, (b) Design of Fluorescent DNA probes for (i) SNPs typing and (ii) detection of DNA lesions via “Just Mix & Read Strategy”, (c) Detection of unlabeled DNA targets with New and Novel Microarray based on designed Fluorescent DNA probes, (d) Antisense Gene Therapy and (f) Peptidomimetics Drug Design. This research booming is now a day is the attractive target of all the biomedical researchers throughout the world to understand the genetic diseases and to develop the “Personalized Medicine”.
Moreover, combination of other two ongoing researches, on the Expansion of the Genetic Alphabet and Expansion of the Genetic Code, will help in translating an expanded genetic alphabet to an expanded genetic code which provocatively, may even lead to the assembly of such a system within a living cell, potentially creating a semi-synthetic organism and life with increased diversity.
To produce top quality research and to be acknowledged as a top class teacher/scientist are my aim. To apply the basic findings of my research to the discovery of novel therapeutic solutions for various human diseases to enhance human health is my aim.
To meet challenges posted by Medical Science today is my mission and to improve the life of every citizen of my country in part and the all Human Civilization of the world as a whole and to reach the Goal for Personalized Medicine are my broad visions.
To nurture and foster Industry-Institute Bridge by creating opportunities for Industry-Academia venture for the growth of My Country is my vision. My aim is also to have and to create opportunities to improve and broaden skill set to ensure the continued value as an asset to the Institution in part and the Nation as a whole.
Keeping symbiotic relationship and culture, to boost myself in such a research activity in the frontier area of Chemical Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical Genomics, Bioorganic/Medicinal Chemistry, Peptidomimetics Drug Design which will make a great impact on the overall Human Health, is my major focus.
Finally, I shall surely play a major role to uplift my present Institution to become a centre of excellence both in education and in globally recognized research activities in science and in technology development, in particular to give benefit to overall Human Health. I would also like to play an important role in the fields of globally emerging areas of medical sciences with potential impact on the overall Human Health and to the strengthening of research not only in the country but also to the world scenario and thus, to the overall course of Human Civilization. Such unique scientific contributions surely would help My Country to be recognized as one of the Best Scientifically Enriched Countries in the World.
